ACTION PLAN

• Tie up with local organisations and conducting awareness about yoga and stress management. Ex:- Local Panchayats / work place.

• Identifying groups of people in an organisation and conducting 2 to 3 day camps thereby reducing their stress and fatigue management.

• Yoga classes for all rotaractors at club level.

• Any creativity to be applied on on-line exercises through club website.

ACTION PLAN

• Adopt a Rotary Accident Helpline Centre.

• Frequent monthly visits to the centre to know the frequency of accidents and signing in the register there.

• Popularize the Helpline Centre number by issuing cards to school students or college students.

• Popularize the number by sticking stickers in buses plying regularly, through highways.

• Place sign boards to publicize and make know the distance of a nearby Rotary Accident Helpline Centre.

• Any other creativity applied, to promote trauma care.

• Tie-up with local hospitals for sponsors, to carry out the program effectively.

• Placing of sign boards, along road high ways, reflecting club image and the project.

ACTION PLAN

      Promotion and Awareness of

• Rainwater harvesting

• Tree plantation every month

• Tie-up with nurseries and providing free saplings to the public to promote more growth of trees.

• Promoting the theme "Each One, Plan One" - Save Nature

• Club trips to nearby forests (Ex. Anamalai, Pollachi) thereby learning and creating awareness on conservation of forests.

• Inviting the Authorised District ecology project speakers from "OSAI" Organisation and Society for Awareness and Illuminations through the help of Chairman District Projects.

• Organise district level seminars through bidding

• Awareness at club level

• Kick plastic campaigns

• Garbage disposal programmes

• Litter free zone sign boards

• Placing of sign boards along high ways, promoting awareness to motorists in large.

• Rain water harvesting awareness - Tie-ups with other organisations.

ACTION PLAN

• Awareness of love and care for pets and animals by tie-up with local organisation that prevent animal cruelty (Ex. Nalam Foundation)

• Becoming a numbers of Blue Cross Society or carrying our joint projects along with them (Ex. Nalam Foundation)

• Organising and participating in rallies held or hosted by many rotaract club in the town.

• Organising a one-day event, District seminar through bidding, thereby, involving all Rotaractors, with the help of the district council.

• Picturing safari or pet movies at club level thereby promoting interest of pets and animals. Ex. BORN FREE - A Real Story and 1966 Academy Award Winner Movie.

• Any project conducted innovatively.

• Posters and stickers, promoting awareness.

Our R.I. District 3200 is proud to have a tie-up with two dedicated organisations for Pet Care and Ecology Project.

Each and every Rotaract Club is requested to illuminate all Rotaractors at Club level and at District level giving their fullest co-operation for District Seminars that carry high points.
